At our First Meeting: * Create a realistic wedding budget * Create and maintain a week by week calendar of your meetings, action items, and due dates * Research and recommend venues and vendors; coordinate appointments and accompany client on appointments as necessary * Advise on reception design * Review vendor contracts * Develop ceremony and reception logistics and floor plans * Develop a detailed wedding day time line for distribution to all vendors and the wedding party * Coordinate the rehearsal * Coordinate the wedding day and supervise all vendors Hourly Rate Consulting Services Yes we do help out on an hourly basis. If you just need a little help getting started, or need some advice along the way, Los Angeles Beach Weddings can assist you with those tasks you just can't find the time for: finding the right location for your wedding ceremony, researching caterers within your budget, locating the right florist or baker, helping to design invitations or wedding programs, and much more! Consulting services can be arranged via phone, email, or person to person. WEDDING DAY SERVICES Los Angeles Beach Weddings will provide: * An introductory meeting to get to know one another, discuss your wedding vision and where you are in the planning process * Vendor referrals as needed * Confirmations of all vendors and confirmation of all vendor contract details * Coordination of final walk through at outdoor location * Development of a wedding day logistics, including time line and floor plans; * On-site coordination of your rehearsal and wedding day, including: o Inventory and take responsibility of wedding day items (programs, menus, favors, escort cards, unity candle, yarmulkes, Ketubah, guest book, pen, cake knife, toasting glasses, etc) o Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries o Ensure all vendors are working with your absolute best interest during the entire day o Completely manage the flow of the wedding day (guest arrivals to ceremony, wedding party processional, photos, arrivals to reception and dinner, dances, cake-cutting, toasts, departures, etc) o Distribute final payments and tips to vendors o Gather any personal items at the end of the evening (gifts, cake servers, toasting glasses, left over programs, guest book, etc) o Ensure that everything at the venue is in order according to the contract |
